Stitching!

So, here are a couple pieces that I have finished stitching, but haven't finished into anything yet. Finishing. Ugh. I'm not very good at it. But that's a topic for another time.

October Word Play
With Thy Needle & Thread
Stitched on: Mystery Linen from my stash
Called for Threads

And a closer one:

Then, I also have this one:

America
Little House Needleworks
Stitched on: 32 count Tumbleweed Linen
Called for threads

And a closer one:

And one final one:

Kringles Krew
Holiday Sparrow
Stitched on: 32 Count Teal Belfast Linen
Called for Threads
And a closer one:

That's a whole lotta french flipin' knots!

The two pieces I have being framed right now are the Mystery Sampler by With Thy Needle & Thread and The Gameboard Sampler by Drawn Thread. I should have them back in a couple weeks. I can't wait! Tonight I am starting the SAL put on by The ThreadBasket. Can't wait to get started ~ it has a snowman in it. :)

Sorry that the pictures aren't the greatest. I may need to invest in a new camera. Does anyone have any suggestions for something that is easy to use, but takes good photos? Let me know!

As always, thanks for stopping by!

  6. What lovely stitching...love the autumn piece! I'm perfectly happy with my little Nikon Coolpix. Choice of camera depends on the use. And besides, your photos look fine.
